General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Ticket Purchases

§ 1 Contracting Parties

  1. The organizer of the event is exclusively: Burg Restaurant & Café Ronneburg, Owner: Mario Zinkhan, Amanastraße / Burg Ronneburg, 63549 Ronneburg, Germany, VAT ID: DE321807985.
  2. Ticket sales are carried out in the name and on behalf of the organizer by: Rößler Rental GmbH, Espasinger Straße 7, 78333 Stockach, Germany, HRB 730616, VAT ID: DE366713227 (“Distributor”).
  3. By purchasing a ticket, the contract is concluded exclusively between the buyer and the organizer.

§ 1a Commercial Ticket Sales

  1. The purchase of tickets is reserved exclusively for entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code).
  2. The organizer does not conclude contracts with consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.
  3. By ordering a ticket, the buyer expressly declares that he/she is purchasing the tickets within the scope of his/her commercial or independent professional activity.
  4. A right of withdrawal or return according to §§ 355 ff. BGB is excluded.

§ 2 Services

  1. The ticket entitles the holder to attend the event mentioned in § 1.
  2. Changes in schedule, program or speakers do not entitle the buyer to return the ticket, unless the overall event is significantly impaired.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

  1. The ticket prices indicated include the statutory VAT.
  2. The ticket price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
  3. Ticket distribution is carried out on behalf of the organizer by the distributor.

§ 4 Returns, Refunds and Postponements

  1. Tickets cannot be returned or refunded, unless the event is cancelled without replacement.
  2. In the event of cancellation, the organizer is entitled to reschedule the event. In this case, the ticket remains valid for the new date.
  3. No refund is due in the event of rescheduling. If the ticket holder is demonstrably unable to attend the new date (e.g. due to illness or unavoidable professional obligations), the organizer will refund the ticket price upon return of the original ticket.
  4. In the event of interruption or modification of the event, no refund will be granted as long as the main program elements have taken place.

§ 5 Liability

  1. The organizer is responsible for the proper execution of the event.
  2. The distributor assumes no liability for cancellation or interruption of the event.
  3. Claims for damages are limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.

§ 6 Transfer of Tickets

  1. Tickets may generally be transferred.
  2. Commercial resale of tickets without the organizer’s consent is prohibited.

§ 7 Final Provisions

  1. German law applies.
  2. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes in connection with ticket purchases is the seat of the organizer.
  3. If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
